Tenants Coordination

RentCon sp z O.O. is responsible for the coordination of the complex work connected with building and arranging tenants’stores in shopping centres: - from signing the tenancy agreement to opening a tenant’s premises in a facility.

Actions are taken by experienced team of experts :
- specialists working in the headquarters of the company on controlling documents and state of the division of commercial premises;
- experts coordinating the tenants’ work on an ongoing basis on the premises where a project is being realized.
Team’s actions have allowed to work out effective procedures of substantive verification and assessment of technical solutions for tenants as well as procedures of organizing actions and communication with a client and tenants.

Range of responsibility of RentCon sp z o.o. focusing on three stages:

  1. STAGE OF PREPARATION 
    - assessment and counselling in frames of adjusting projects to market standards according to tenants’ requirements;
    - preparing sample documents, including technical appendixes to tenancy agreements;
    - preparing and updating commercial layouts (with tight cooperation with the client’s project office); cooperating during commercial negotiations with tenants.
  2. STAGE OF PROJECT REALIZATION
    - executing contract liabilities from tenants;
    - preparing a handbook for a tenant and its distribution;
    - gaining and verifying project documents from tenants;
    - transferring premises to tenants;
    - supervising the tenants’ work; managing the process of changes introduced
    by tenants; organizing and conducting the procedure of receiving tenants’ premises.
  3. STAGE OF FINANCIAL SETTLEMENT -
    - preparing the final settlement of investment with contractors;
    - forwarding full subcontracting and exploitation documentation to clients
