• Monitoring the adjustment of rental rates.

Transactional activity in the process of acquiring new locations, sublease of a part a property, sales of surplus of land:
- Advisory in frames of choosing key parameters of the attractiveness of a location, searching for a property according to the criteria agreed on;

- Negotiations of terms of business transitions.

Negotiations and renegotiations of lease agreements with lessors and lessees: 


- gaining the most beneficial (from the point of view of a lessee or lessor) regulations included in a tenancy agreement;
